This simulation reenacts the historic congress convened by Philip II of Macedon to establish a “Common Peace” and unite the Greek world for a Panhellenic campaign against Persia. Delegates will debate, amend, vote on, and ratify the founding charter of the new Hellenic League—while responding to crises that test its legitimacy from the outset.
