Introduction

The United Nations General Assembly (GA) committee in a Model UN simulates the plenary body of the UN, where all Member States debate overarching global issues and adopt non-binding resolutions.

AMBASSADORS

Once all schools have finalized their allocations, you will receive your definitive list of delegates. For each country your school represents, please select one ambassador. From among your ambassadors, you’ll then choose one to deliver a one-minute opening speech at the close of the Opening Ceremony.

LAST DAY OF CONFERENCE

On the final day of PyleaMUN (Saturday, 24 January), delegates from all committees will convene in a General Assembly. Each delegation will be led by its ambassador, and only one delegate may act on behalf of the delegation at any given time. You may choose to have:
